“we aim for holiness, not heterosexuality!”

Oh that's right. The opposite of homosexuality isn't heterosexuality, it's holiness.

So shouldn't ex-gays be calling themselves ex-evil?

I'm wondering what the 100 person sample contained in terms of gender. If women were represented as they are in society (51%) or as they are in homosexuality (something around 35% or less). Then there's that old bugaboo about what defines "change" in this new study.

If Alan Chambers had prior knowledge on the study then the 30% figure might be correct for those who "changed."

I'd be interested in how they actually end up defining "change," since that would mean putting a stop to all the "we aim for holiness, not heterosexuality!" waffling in one direction or another.

Even with a dubious 30-50% "success", the concept is a tragic failure.
