I guess, technically, one could say that science, is the &quot;science&quot; of the pursuit of knowledge. 

At the heart of which lies the need for the ability to think and reason for the purpose of discovering the most accurate information. And to that extent (thinking and reasoning based on facts), one could say science education is the teaching of intelligence itself. 

Given that, like much if not most of the far right&#039;s manipulative endeavors, it&#039;s supremely ironic that their desire to teach &quot;Intelligent Design&quot; as science, is precisely a design to undermine and compromise intelligence itself.</description>
