My biggest question is does your willy have to be hard when you put it on or does it matter?

I guess the target audience is people who like to bone their toasters!

Do they come in colors?

I bet they get a little warm during curing…which is good.

And what is its efficacy when there is contraction and then expansion...multiple times?

Is there a tiny reservoir at the tip?

I’m sure they’ll figure out a way to make “pleasure ribs” on them too?

Can you apply multiple coats for those with inadequate girth?

Portability is a problem…I doubt they will make them it fit in a wallet but will the kit fit in a glove box or purse?

This sounds like more work than actually putting a condom on. Maybe it will appeal to the gadget geeks out there.
