"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:"

I always thought this was such a strange quote. "Vile Affections" could mean a lot of different things. Why "wink, wink", "nudge, nudge" your way through a proclamation? If you're going to condemn something, why be vague?

"...their women did change the natural use into..." The natural use of....what exactly? A toaster? A lawnmower? The endocrine system?

"...into that which is against nature:" again, vague. What's "against nature"? Telephones? Dentistry?

"Thou shalt not kill" is pretty much clear to me. Granted, it doesn't say who or what you shouldn't kill, but I think it's much clearer than any of the passages that seem to beat around the bush about gays.

Murder, genocide, attempted rape, children seducing their own father, nailing a man to a tree, polygamy, threatening to cut an infant in half, the bible is pretty damn explicit, so why the ambiguous language about homosexuality? I have a hard time believing what me and my partner do behind closed doors is worse than genocide.

Don't you mean Rom. 1:26?

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Of course, that passage is just brimming with pussy. Coincidence?

So, back in the 1940's when the enclosure was built, God encouraged the designer to make the wall too short, so a tiger would be able to jump out in 2007 and maul three guys. Righto.

On another note: Romans 1:23 doesn't actually mention Bengal tigers. Tinkering with the word of God, Phelps? Naughty!

I think by now Christians are starting to realize that Phelps is only HELPING the gay cause by encouraging sympathy for our side.
