He is using the standard slippery slope argument: ‘Marriage is between one man and one woman, if that is not subject to change. It you allow it to be changed in any way, then there is no saying what is and isn’t permissible – and the next thing you know, pedophiles will be marrying children, polygamists will be marrying everyone, and sex with animals will be commonplace. Without an absolute, eternal standard there is no right or wrong.’

man, thats a pretty uncreative, un-eloquent way to bash us. He’s getting tired for sure. It’s Santorum all over again. I bet he comes back with a classic “What I MEANT to say was…” and then reword the exact same sentiment with fancier words more sensitively.

Well, let’s assume for a moment that Huckabee is running through the possible combinations from least to most objectionable. He apparently finds polygamy worse than gay marriage. Interesting.

But overall, yeah, pretty dull :)
