I think our government needs to rethink free speech and expression. Pestering, tormenting, provocation and imposition couldn't possibly be protected speech. The free expression thereof poses a threat to those who can't restrain themselves from doing so. Why should anyone restrain themselves from pummeling these people if not knowing how to leave somone in peace isn't on their radar? Is self defense protected expression from the likes of the Phelps?
