“Oklahoma State Representative Sally Kern (R-Oklahoma City) has taken a Biblical stand against homosexuality, and she is being maliciously attacked by militant homosexual activist groups. Representative Kern has exercised her right to free speech, and the “jamming” has begun.”

I’ll translate that into honesty ….

“Oklahoma State Representative Sally Kern (R-Oklahoma City) has publicly slandered and insulted an entire class of people. She is being critiqued and publicly admonished by gays and straights alike. Representative Kern has exercised her right to free speech, the public is now exercising theirs. The backlash has begun, and the Christian Spin Doctors are hard at work.”

Will Kern be taking a biblical stand on pork and shellfish next? Or does her cherrypicker not reach those branches?

Pie in the face just like Anita Bryant? Oh, those were the good old days.

Haven’t heard anyone mention After the Ball for years. Great book except I’m not big on their “Don’t drive a wedge butt-end first” meaning we can’t have drag queens and transsexuals on the forefront on the movement. Yeah, not so much on that anymore.

Wouldn’t it be funnier if “jamming” meant smearing her with jam? Or like a pie in the face, but a jam tart instead of the typical banana cream pie…

Anyway, I love it when people try to use “in” terminology and totally screw it up :) Always a good laugh.

“Jamming,” as I understand it merely means to form relationships with people on the other side so that they see us as humans. Doing so “jams” their ability to completely dehumanize us because of their presumed consciences.
