He is basically stating that because of his personal religious beliefs, he wants to retain the right to tear a child away from his/her family for no other reason except homosexuality. First we have to cater to fundie pharmacists who can't do their jobs, and now this? He also implies that the law would protect pedophiles, which is disingenuous at best; propaganda from the bench.
