I Swedish the magic word is a single “Ja” (=”yes”). I guess it’s the same in Norwegian.

I happen to read Norwegian and as I understand the article, the bill WAS still being debated by the smaller portion of the Norwegian Parliament, Odelstinget but was expected to pass.

The day is now over and… WE WON!

The bill passed just a few hours ago.
