		<description>I&#039;ve had several complaints about the HRC, but there is one thing that I&#039;m always happy to acknowledge. I am a direct beneficiary of the Corporate Equality Index. My employer was the first in its industry to score 100%, in an industry that is generally quite conservative. Earning the top spot on the CEI was a very important incentive for the company.</description>
