Im all for gay people being able to get married, and i think its okay to list the names of companies and people that donated, but individuals shouldnt have their addresses and phone numbers listed to the world. i think thats wrong.

Why would naming Pro Prop 8 donors make people uncomfortable? They have the right to give money to whom they want but I have the right to boycott bigots like Doug Manchester. Too bad he doesn’t like the financial impact this will have on his business!! I for one and thrilled he is worried and the more people swing to the left the more the right businesses will suffer I make it my purpose in life to know where me and my partner’s money goes and we will not support any businesses who do not think we should have the same rights. Neither do my 3 straight sisters and brothers, my cousins, friends…..our reach is far and the money is deep so pro prop 8 supporters BEWARE.

In America, we have this system of checks and balances, you should look into it. It’s not subverting the democratic process, it’s part of it.

The Constitution and Bill of Rights aren’t optional. They’re the basis for our government and any law that flagrantly violates those two documents has a good chance of being struck down.

I’m sure he’s quaking. I suggest dropping your sense of entitlement. If you want gay “marriage,” then get off of your lazy arse and do the hard work of passing an amendment. Using an activist judiciary to subvert the democratic process is illegitimate.
