As an Indiana high school kid in the early 60s I remember seeing a photo? a newsreel? a TV news item? of homosexuals who had demonstrated in Washington. They had suits on and  signs. I learned somehow that it was Frank Kameny.  It left a lasting impression on me and helped fuel my own activism. A true gay rights hero.</description>
