To women and minorities who voted Yes on Prop 8, shame on you! Your vote pushed us back to the 1960′s civil rights movements. You took rights away from those who are a minority group!

Saying “it is time to stop the courts from making our laws” is not displaying any ignorance of the role of the judiciary. Just the opposite, in fact.

I will note that it might be wiser for Californians to attack judicial activism per se rather than going after particular suspect rulings.
