It &quot;ain&#039;t&quot; Travis County (Austin), but Dallas County is definitely blue thanks in large part to the urban revitalization of the Uptown area (which is one reason the NY TIMES on Sunday listed Dallas as the ninth most important city to visit--placing it in front of Rome!), and south Dallas, which is historically African American. It&#039;s an interesting mix.</description>
