Surely any form of discrimination which is not relevant to the job at hand is wrong. It is wrong to discriminate on the grounds of looks, unless you're running a modeling agency. It is wrong to discriminate on the grounds of height, unless you're staffing a submarine. It is wrong to discriminate on the grounds of race, unless you're the casting director for To Kill a Mockingbird. It is wrong to discriminate on the grounds of sexuality unless you're ... doing what? Operating a brothel? I find it hard to think of any situation where sexuality is a relevant, and hence legitimate, basis for discrimination. TRiG.
