I was listening to Signorile on my car radio on the way home yesterday, and heard Renfroe's actual floor speech. He didn't just compare gay people to murderers, he invoked the verse in Leviticus that calls for us to be put to death (not the other one that doesn't include the death sentence), just before he said the words about gays and murderers that are being reported in most news sources.

I find it interesting that his reciting that verse isn't in nearly any of the news stories out there reporting on this...just his words that immediately followed it. Could be they don't want to repeat the implicit death threat, and possibly help him incite some crazy person out there to actual violence. Or it could be they're sweeping the extremism in the GOP under the rug as usual.

Scott Renfroe seems to have forgotten that the "sins" of adultery and homosexuality are both completely legal. And that the reason that murder is illegal is not because it is a "sin" but because it harms others.

This koo-koo-Clock is going to go the same direction Musgrave went. Colorado's 2nd district just elected Jared Polis this past election, a wonder man who is also gay.

Now if we could just get district 6 to dump the republican banner, thigs would be so much better.

I'm a bad homosexual- I haven't met my adultery and murder quotient for the month yet. In contrast, Mr. Renfroe has met his quote of saying idiotic things out loud.
