		<description>From the atmosphere in Uganda that BTB has conveyed over the past weeks, I would think that Bernard Tabaire would fear for his life having written such a column.  Does he have some card up his sleeve that protects him.  There are so many blunt statements made it would take a person who is REALLY dense not to get his point.  Hopefully, he (and all) will have a blessed Easter and many more days to hold the mirror up to the people of Uganda in their current hate campaign.</description>
