Fred — those are the words of Jesus himself. His new commandment was to love one another. With those words Jesus ended the authority of Leviticus 20:13, and the authority of any other of the many hatreds.

Why do you disobey the direct word of Jesus?

Any word from Alan Chambers on this latest development? Or is he still too busy trying to work out how to reset that clock in his new Volvo? (Don’t you hate it when you’re 2 hours and 430 years behind.)

And surely Exodus have already organised for Don Schmierer to revisit Uganda and undo the damage he caused on his last tour… but I haven’t seen it mentioned anywhere.

How very disturbing that some readers find some measure of comparison between exposing the hypocrisy of an elected official and exposing the identity of a private person and thus putting them in grave danger.

In the first hand, we have a controversial action that might result in a politician either having to explain theirself or possibly losing votes. On the other we have an evil act of terrorizing and life-threatening exposure.

I think that those who are seeking to justify anti-gay Uganda activists may wish to think before they hitch their wagon to unmistable evil.
