This doesn't make any sense! How can a sane, logical individual even begin to debate someone that's taken the position that granting civil marriage to a same gender couple is on the same legal footing as someone wishing to engage in sexual intercourse with an animal? And not even a mammal, at that! Is this some sort of purposeful ruse to derail the entire debate? Should anyone even attempt to address such absurdity without risking our real arguments for marriage equality to be totally disregarded?
