At this point, who gives a crap if it doesn't pass? He does a disservice to all of his constituents (and us) to not let it come for a vote to see where those Reps stand. Ridiculous. The term is ending. I do not understand this ridiculousness of only calling bills for a vote if they are certain to pass when there's not going to be additional time anyhow!
