No, I have “won” nothing. There is nothing for me to win. I do feel I need to tell the truth and speak out against this idea that “sin” is ok because we want it to be. History is full of such false claims and also, in this case believers are commanded to speak out. For a long time we (Christians) have sat silent and let these false claims grow in fear for the very reaction we have read here today. I’m not here to win, I have nothing to win. God commands I speak his word and this is what I am doing. Read the New Testament and you would know this is truth, if one person read’s this and start’s to read a bible to find out the truth then God wins a soul. I win nothing.

Study…in my case it is to study a lot and if you do so you will find out how and why some wrongly claim, as is done here that the verse’s quoted above don’t actually mean what they want it to say. If you read them in context the Bible condemns same sex relationships. It shows the effort to learn, much as anyone who wants to learn mechanics would study many types of work skills. So, how many bibles do you own and how often do you study them yourself to learn what they do and don’t say? Regarding the reference to “sanctimonious”.

Please provide three examples of Biblican heros whose relationsips consisted of one male and one female in marriage in the way that we understand marriage to be. If they all were this way, surely it won’t be difficult to come up with three Biblical heroes whose relationships we should emulate.

I’ve read the verses you refer to often over my 45+ years, studying the false claims of those who want to read into the word the OK to be gay, (and other sins) just as I’ve researched the error’s of those hoping they can hold on to Christ and reach the world by saying it’s ok, often based on the idea that this is a new age and that was an old one. All of that wont “fly” at the judgment. Remember the facts as stated .one faith, one hope, one baptism,…without them your lost. Timothy (TRiG) I never said anything about shooting/attacking anyone, I find it hypocritical that you want to ignore the thousands of year’s that “Gay” has been condemned and only look at those standing up for the truth now as now being attackers since the new age it’s ok. Ben in Oakland, not true, only one vote counts, God’s and his is final and has been for thousands of year’s, considering that the number was reversed substantially in the past, further, if you read the bible you can see this same pattern in man and the bible never get’s old or goes out of date. Consider this, the same claims those “homosexuals” and pro supporters has been used to support many crimes in the name of god and man. That includes the child molesters murderer’s, rapists…all can now use these claims to make there own feelings “law”.

It’s all about what you good (mostly) Christians are doing this week. After you have perused a few weeks of this stuff– something like 9 or 10 a week, week after week, for months and months, maybe you can find some passages in your book that are relevant.

Start with the ones beginning “Scribes. Pharisees. Hypocrites.” I would then suggest you move on to the ones where someone who ought to know tells other people who clearly don’t that it might be better to mind your own business and the welfare of your own soul instead of worrying about those of other people.
