I suspect that the letter Exodus wrote to Museveni had something to do with LaBarbera considering Exodus to be unBiblical, especially with Throckmorton being a signatory. Porno Pete already was calling his blog “Switzerland” for its neutrality, no doubt he felt like Lively that Throckmorton had “gone over to the dark side.”

Yep, it had to be there. From a post by LaBarbera on the Exodus blog, “…it’s easy to go further into heresy, as Warren Throckmorton astonishingly has in becoming a de facto pro-homosexual activist of sorts…” Odd that people like LaBarbera see Dr Throckmorton to be in heresy for simply speaking what is obviously true about homosexuality, which then necessarily makes LaBarbera’s side out to be harbingers of lies.

Once upon a time, to be “conservative” meant to vigilantly safeguard individual rights and liberties against all state actors who would inhibit their exercise, and to keep a skeptical and deeply suspicious eye turned towards any attempt by any government agency to extend or enlarge its power.

I guess it boils down to this: there is nothing “conservative” about the government or anyone else concerning themselves with how two consenting adults choose to behave behind closed doors.
