The idea that nationally known, anti-gay "experts" need protection from public scrutiny is absurd. If they didn't want people to know what they think and who they are, maybe they should cut down on the number of WSJ Op-Eds they write...

I believe Judge Walker has given until Friday for comments (as well as the 9th Circuit still has to approve), so I don't think this is a done deal yet - but definitely moving in the right direction.

Fear of retaliation?

If gays and their supporters (who have faced FAR more retaliation) can summon the courage, surely those with God supposedly behind them would have no worries.

More like they're afraid of their idiotic arguments being ripped apart and destroyed through the process of a trial, where facts triumph over fear tactics.

And keep in mind that the proposal is to archive them on YouTube which means they will be available virtually anywhere in the world - not just a limited broadcast region.

So, when will each day's recordings be available for broadcast? The following day? A week later? None at all until after the verdict is in?
