I seem to remember Uganda’s Ethics and Integrity Minister, Nsaba Buturo, bragging about Uganda being in the limelight… he was not concerned about Uganda’s reputation, at all… in fact, he saw all the international outrage as “interest” and welcomed it as an opportunity for Uganda to provide moral leadership to the rest of the world.

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni should be concerned about both. This legislation is not at all what Uganda and its people need now or ever.
