The sex fallback. Heterosexuals try to connect sex with gay people because in the minds of heterosexuals sex plus gay people always equals something bad. So even if something has nothing to do with sex they will bring it up because it undermines gay people.

It’s really sad that the TBN tele-evangelists who have a massive audience in Uganda have not used their influence to counter Ssempa’s supposedly christian campaign to exterminate LGBT Ugandans… do they really support Ssempa and other Ugandan pastors in this type of campaign? Their silence suggests that they believe Ssempa should be left to (mis)represent christ by judging LGBT Ugandans as sinners and pushing for them to be killed.

Very sad.

But it’s still not too late for them to speak out, be honest about how unchristian these people are behaving and how the bill is in sharp contrast to christ’s teachings, and make a difference. They and nobody else, have enough credibility in Uganda to humble Ssempa, who desperately needs to be humbled.

He is one very sick pastor. I dont understand how he escapes arrest after repeatedly displaying such offensive images in public, in some accounts the presence of his kids.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if the displayed pornographic images were Western porn and whether the actors were primarily white or people of color?

I find it hard to believe there is a big gay porn industry in Uganda. And if all the images are from Southern California, no Ugsndan law would have any effect on these activities to begin with. I don’t know if the Kill the Gays Bill addresses pornography possession specifically.

Ssempa is more disturbed than the ‘kind of homosexuals’ he describes to his fellow Ugandans.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone heard anything recent about the couple in Malawi or any draconian anti-gay bills being proposed by Malawi’s parliament?

Can Ssempa and his congregation now be charged with aggravated homosexuality? These people witnessed multiple instances of gay sex and did not report it to the authorities within 24 hours. That makes them serial offenders, and therefore guilty of aggravated homosexuality….
