It's not like Malawi has any glorious heights to plummet from.. Gay bashing has gotten most of Africa absolutely nowhere. Perhaps it's time to try a different strategy.

In fact the Roman empire didn't decline until it converted to Christianity and started persecuting gays.

Larry,

You are mistaken. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that homosexuality is by its nature demoralizing or that it will either lead to or is a symptom of immorality.

And, incidentally, neither Greece nor Rome became extinct (Surely you have access to an atlas).

Both lost prominence and world domination, but neither are traced to a "promotion" of homosexuality. Greece ceded its leadership to Rome, and Rome eventually fell primarily due to economic difficulties.

Incidentally, by the time Rome fell, it was a Christian empire. With increasing Christian influence came increasing sexual rigidity and increasing intolerance for homosexuality. While it would be as ridiculous of a statement, there is actually more historical support for the notion that the rejection of homosexuality caused the fall of Rome.

this is the only way to maintain both morality and morale. Homosexuality is by its very nature demoralizing and it leads to immorality. Alternatively, it can be a symptom of large scale societal immorality. Either way, civilizations who promote it are doomed to extinction the way Greece and Rome became extinct.
