If you guys recall the few articles and reports that were circulating citing how the government-run paper printed a list of suspected homosexuals. What better way to combat your political enemies than by accusing them of something, that is as of right now a popular enemy, the gays, and throw them in jail for the rest of their lives or even cut their heads off? Any dictator would love that. Uganda is a police state out of control.
