I live in Oklahoma and we have a few very progressive people in the legislature, but none in the Congressional delegation.

Inhofe has claimed there has never been a gay person in his family. We are just waiting for the closet to open because I don’t know of any family that does not have a gay member.

Eh, Inhofe is only speaking for himself. I’m sure American soldiers and sailors don’t share his warped, pandering-to-the-teabaggers 1950′s-style bigotry.

When it finally dawns on him that teabaggers don’t give a damn about the “culture wars,” watch how fast he switches his public opinions.

Dinosaur, and hopefully will become extinct just as fast.

When California took away our rights, it was pandering to a “moral” majority. The military believes it’s good enough to pander to a minority of service members. What would happen if one person spoke up against non-whites in the military? Oh yeah – nothing, because that would be bigoted.
It just proves how two-faced and backstabbing American people really are at heart.

What the hell? So, according to Inhofe, gays and lesbians in the military aren’t women or men. What are they, some gender-f**k hybrids? Just because they aren’t straight doesn’t mean they are a “third gender.”

I believe Senator Inhofe might be those Children Left Behind (under NCLB) who slept in class or whose parents didn’t provide a stable home environment for education.

Time to re-enroll in biology class, Senator.
