		<description>Good to admit the error but I&#039;m more ambiguous about the admission than you are. They were contacted by a team of academics who researched the claims and had written an expose of the poll, showing it to be bogus. Given that the facts were now being exposed anyway they didn&#039;t have much choice in the matter, since the truth was coming out whether they admitted it or not.

I am not saying they wouldn&#039;t have done this had they not been backed up to the wall by the expose. I am just saying that when no choice exists you can&#039;t tell how someone actually would have acted had a choice been offered.</description>
