I cannot imagine that congress would impeach walker over this. But I can see this scenario.

The hard right pushes a federal marriage amendment, which the repubs don’t much support. the hard right voters desert the repubs. Marijuana gets legalized and jerry Brown wins california. A lot of democrats win.

Then he democrats start showing some spine.

Email your representative today and urge him to launch impeachment proceedings against Judge Vaughn Walker for his outrageous ruling against natural marriage.

I just contacted my congressional representative, Howard Berman.

Dear Congressman Berman,

I would like to urge you not to allow the American Family Association to persuade you to impeach Judge Walker. The judiciary must be allowed to function free of interference from those who feel that any judicial decision that doesn’t follow their personal moral dictates must be the result of activism, not reliance upon the rule of law.
