How is it that these faculty, who advocate discriminating based on religion and sexual orientation, are given a free pass by the American Bar Association? How is it that their law school can be accredited when it violates ABA non-discrimination policies?

If it is ever found that these people knowingly participated in Lisa Miller’s kidnapping and flight from justice, the law school should be discredited and the individual faculty members disbarred.

I wonder if the ABA’s LGBT caucus is aware of the extent of their participation in anti-gay politics.
