Afterall, they're nothing more than crumbling empires, and Uganda is the shining beacon of hope for the future, it only makes sense that they should be fully capable of caring for themselves. As it stands, the country would pretty much cease to function if it were not for the OVERWHELMING GENEROSITY of the 'morally bankrupt' western world. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.. If President Museveni really thinks that Europe is “finished”, then I fail to see why he’s so interested in continuing to receive aid from them (and the USA as well).
