No.  The 9th Circuit will decide (probably in November) whether the supporters of Proposition 8 have standing to appeal.  If they do not, the proponents will request that the Supreme Court overrule the 9th Circuit.

If both courts find that they do not have standing, then same-sex marriages will resume in California.  If either court rules that they do have standing, then the 9th will hear their appeal.</description>
