Senators Lieberman and Collins? I think we’re setting the bar MUCH too low here. I’m much more interested in the congresscritters who vote in favor of the rights of Americans all the time.

Thanks George Voinovich! He voted his last vote against the “PARTY VOTING LINE”. He never did get along with the party too well.Bush screwed him in his first term and after that he was a bit…pissed. Ok, Now what is on the list?

There are so many people in Congress to thank. I was so surprised that so many Republican senators voted for repeal. I even wrote a note thanking my Republican member of Congress, Dave Reichert for his positive vote this week.

I share your enthusiastic praise of the two senators from New England however; I believe our most prolific hero is Rep. Patrick Murphy. He brought the stand-alone bill to the House of Representatives. His unwavering support throughout this hard fought civil rights endeavor must be recognized and rewarded despite his recent election loss. We have lost a true friend in government with his election defeat. I hope he is recognized in history as one of our most fierce advocates. Rep. Patrick Murphy is a true hero.

Where were they on the Zaproder bill? Where were they to help the first responders? Trash. They saw this as an easy victory or they would have done nothing.

Countdown to HRC including themselves into the group who worked “relentlessly to see this repeal a reality.”

Countdown to the award dinner (at hundreds of $$ a plate, of course) in which HRC will seek to rub elbows with these people and will want to use their hard battle to make money off us.
