But stories like the one regarding Brown family, or the McDougals (deans of Pat Brown's Regents University that were CONVICTED of both sexually abusing their three adopted daughters) or how many incidents of hetero female middle and high school teachers have sex with their students ISN'T? A predator is a predator and sexual orientation obviously has nothing to do with it. It's about adults, whatever their orientation, who abuse children period. Even if it's THEIR OWN. If any of these so called family values advocates could be CONSISTENT in their concern for children and reported on ALL abuse cases, I could believe that was their concern. But CHILDREN are NOT their concern. Fomenting anti gay suspicion and discrimination is. NONE of which, helps children whatsoever. And believe me, people in law enforcement, the GOOD ones...don't appreciate this kind of gender and orientation bias whatsoever. It wastes our time, maintains danger to children and gives children less options on who they CAN trust among adults.
