The U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled against this in Romer v. Evans, which arose when Colorado tried to do this in 1992.  This will be DOA as soon as it reaches a courtroom.

Trivia tidbit of the day:  a younger John Roberts contributed pro bono services to OUR SIDE in Romer v. Evans.</description>
