It's over the first (and largest) hurdle, and the votes are clearly there, if nothing else that the House and Senate have 87% and 76% Democratic majorities. I couldn't stay that evening to testify but damn it I'm gonna do so at the Senate hearing. I'm not so sure we are going to see marriage equality here in RI this year.
