That's a use of ‶heroic″ I was unfamiliar with. Linda Harvey and Peter LaBarbera are hardly heros. They are part of the Big Lie about gay people. Their ‶heroism″ is confined to hiding behind distortions and junk science with a large dose of hypocrisy thrown in for good measure. They are part of the anti-gay industry that exists solely to sustain The Lie by promoting ignorance of gay people and their lives. They are worthy only of contempt and ridicule.
