At court and on the high seas, on is in the hands of an unjust god is an old saying.
Still, I’d venture to guess that if they had “only” done this once, repented (like these hateful monsters would care) and TC had still killed himself, the court would have looked at the matter differently than it will in light of the fact that they did this repeatedly.

If I back into my neighbor’s car accidentally while parking just once, it’s a moving violation. If I do it more than once, and rev. my engine than slam it into reverse, it’s intentional criminal mischief. Who knows what the Americans use for law, especially when sub-humans without civil rights are concerned – still, these pigs can’t plead “whoops” it was just a one-time accident.
Pity public whippings are out this century. Not to mention walking the plank. I’d gladly hold it steady, goodness, I even know a good bridge for them to walk it on.

Ream the idiot out in court, and then suspend the sentence pending several thousand hours of community service mopping the floors in youth shelters, suicide hotline centers, and groups intended to assist gay youth.

he’s young and stupid. and obviously sheltered.

I don’tknow. I think they do deserve to see repercussions for their actions, but I am having a hard time seeing how the prosecution is going to show malicious intent; stupidity, absolutely, in spades, but malicious intent? Not so sure about that.

Throw the book at him. He, together with that hateful woman are just as responsible as if they’d held his coat while he jumped.

Let those who oppose us try to defend their actions. Protest in the street. The signs would be interesting, to say the least: Stoning was so OT, now we just shove them off bridges.

Seriously, if the prosecutor needed a prosecution fund, I’d paypal a few K.
