I would also like to point out that Tim Kelly was the lone Republican in the Minnesota House to vote for the same sex couples burial rights bill in 2010 (which was vetoed by Pawlenty).</description>

There is an interesting quirk in our Constitutional Amendment process - an amendment will only pass if a majority of ALL votes are in favor of it.  So if you don&#039;t vote for it or screw it up - the vote counts in the negative.  That only helps us - especially with polls as close as they are.

And they didn&#039;t really run on the economy.  They ran on slashing government, resolving the deficit issue and not raising taxes.  The problem is - the way they&#039;ve went about it will massive INCREASE taxes for the three biggest metropolitan areas.  A lot of people are getting ticked off and it doesn&#039;t look good for the GOP in this state.</description>
