I admit I would have never thought the locker room of a professional sports team would be anything but hostile towards a gay person except for those random few who would just stay quiet. One of the biggest concerns was "drunken Cubs fans" mistakenly wandering in to bars in Boystown after a game. If it did happen, it was a rarity. And it's exactly two blocks from Wrigley to Halsted Street (the main drag of Boystown). Chicago is really a classy place. I think back to when they first proposed having night games at Wrigley.
