I’m taken seriously by lots of people who are neither homosexual or extremist in any sense of the word, Grigori. Something tells me you take the extremely hateful Madame Bachmann seriously, though. If so, it says all anyone needs to know about you. Fascists like Bachmann, Santorum, Perkins, Schlafly et al, started this culture war – don’t forget that.

Iowas is where same sex couples can now get married, right?
So what they are doing is trying to exploit what limits DOMA places on these marriages through this pledge, which would make what little effectiveness getting married provides, even less so.

Am I understanding this okay?
These sorts of actions are exceptionally SPITEFUL and no one actually gets anything out of it. Especially the ones committing this spite.

I loved Bachamnn’s interview on Fox News Sunday a week or so ago when she said she believes in states rights to marriage and wouldn’t tell states what to do but would ask for a constitutional amendment to get all the states in line with her vision for marriage….. SAY WHAT?
