The words of Lance Walnau, one of the Dominionists supposedly “squeamish” toward the death penalty. Note that his concern is NOT that people will be put to death for their private sexual behaviour; no, his concern is that draconian measures will result in a backlash.

He’s just fine with gays dying – if only they’d stay dead.

Yikes! Death for divorce? Death for the birth of bastards? Death for doctors? Death for all who “show”their sexuality? Is this the Dark Ages again?

The Dominionists are only a small percentage of Protestant fundamentalists, and an even smaller percentage of Christians overall. It isn’t at all fair to judge all Christians by what Dominionists believe.

However, I’ll agree with anyone who says that a small demographic can still be influential.

Then interview them after, and see if they still wanna follow those rules in real life.

Sadly, most Dominionists don’t REALLY want to live like that themselves. They just want to force everyone else to live that way. They always hide…or make excuses for…their own sins.

I reckon that all these dominionists – before actually trying to inflict these princples on the populace should first “try” it out themselves.

Get 200 or so families together with a nice fence around their community. Then, as sins are committed, instead of executing – exile them out. I think your support for politics that would see you directly extinguished, would vanish pretty fast.
