Not necessarily. In 3 of the 4 special elections in New Hampshire since the 2010 elections Democrats have won back seats from incumbent Republicans. I have no doubt that this year Democrats will make big gains.</description>

		<description>I have the sneaking suspicion that Bettencourt would prefer to schedule the vote for a Wednesday at 3 am and have to sadly report that he wasn&#039;t able to get quorum so it&#039;ll have to wait til next year.  Just a sneaking suspicion.</description>
