Of course they feel targeted by the Commonwealth and by Hillary Clinton, and rightly so. Until we hear Museveni, as well as his wife, Janet, affirm that homosexuality is a perfectly normal and natural aspect of sexuality, we need to continue reminding them of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and that gay rights are human rights. The Ugandans are not fooling anyone.
