Now it's old news anyway, and probably not interesting enough that people would bother watching all that. It *does* make sense, though, that if the recording was only allowed to be made under the promise that it would not be shown, that it can't be shown. And since that came from the Supreme Court in the first place, how likely is it that they'd undo it now? The real benefit would have been from having it available when the case was underway.
