Considering how quickly people sellout when their own neck is on the line Clause 3(g) really frightens me. I’m not sure how their judiciary works, but I assume the burden would be on the individual defendant to prove that they did not “appl[y]… any… thing” to coerce their partner into sex.

The clause gives one person an “out” while simultaneously sending their sex-partner to the gallows.
