Is it the same phenomenon that makes them struggle to tell the difference between not being allowed to discriminate against others and being discriminated against themselves? Or are these both mere aspects of the larger problem they have - and which is so fantastically illustrated by Cameron - with struggling to tell the difference between BS and reality? Why do anti-gay campaigners have such a problem with understanding that freedom of speech does not entail freedom to have their speech go unchallenged?

Is it the same phenomenon that makes them struggle to tell the difference between not being allowed to discriminate against others and being discriminated against themselves?

Or are these both mere aspects of the larger problem they have – and which is so fantastically illustrated by Cameron – with struggling to tell the difference between BS and reality?

Everyone has the right the the same free speech you enjoy. To pretend that those with a different opinion do not deserve such freedom means you’re the first person that should shut up as you cannot be trusted to be a stable and thinking human being/

If you want to demonize one group make sure you have the courage to point out the same in your own group. Otherwise, you look just as dumb as those you're trying to mock. If you're the kind of person that pretends the left doesn't do such things or supports unfair actions taken by people on the left towards those on the right then you have no place in the discussion. Some of the statements weren't merely prejudiced, but outright incoherent, especially the one about naked bodies in a bathtub. Bizarre that this lady is being allowed to go out and do these things, since someone, whether her family or her state, is supposed to be looking out for her. But apparently she's built up quite a career as a local activist doing exactly this kind of protesting. I think there were a few clues the woman was mentally ill.
