Seriously? I mean, rather than joining a dating site? Rather than posting a craigslist ad (or responding to others’) ads? Rather than going to the local gay club, bathhouse, or any of dozens of other avenues to meet guys? Instead, he’s going to go through the trouble of raising funds, putting together a campaign team, and all the other work it takes to run for any elected office?

The comments on the article are worse. Curiously enough, I recognize one conservative douchebag that seems to show up in any gay related news item.

Then you see someone close to being a septuagenarian, and he’s saying that Karger is a Democratic plant. So much with tying wisdom to age; the rule of thumb appears to be that if you’re still a jackass by 23, you’re bound to stay a jackass till the day you die.
