Considering the language matches Delgaudio’s letters, I suspect he is the actual author. Does anyone else wonder if his bosses realize they’ve employed a delusional whack job?

The fraudster is not in a different country. He is a sitting county supervisor in my community. His propensity for fraud and corruption is unlikely to be limited to his direct mail business. Stay tuned.

Why is this a problem??????? Really the greedy ripping off the stupid greedy? Good thing they are not sending money to real anti-gay groups. Republicans lie, it’s what they do best nothing new, and it won’t change anytime soon. Since they are ripping off fellow Republicans chances are in time someone will go to jail. It is just as possible that the fraudster is in a different country. The more money they defraud the less will be spent to discriminate.

The attorney’s writing style is suspiciously similar to that of Delguadio. Even if the attorney is real and is representing D., my bet is that Eugene wrote the draft for him.

The email and the page it links to are vaguely worded enough that they can be reused (see comment above about it appearing in 2010), but the use of them now is probably supposed to evoke the threatened lawsuit and cease and desist letter from SPLC.

Google ads has also been contacted (including by one of our local Loudoun newspapers) with regard to the violation of their ad content policy, so he may have received notice from Google that his ads have been suspended. There may be other investigations yet to be reported.

Yes, yes, yes, it’s probably nothing but another anxious appeal for money.

But wouldn’t it be something if the Postal Service or the US Attorney’s Office or a grand jury really was investigating Eugene for fraud?

Public Advocate’s attorney of record and registered agent is a Vienna attorney named William J. Olson. I guess he didn’t want his name used.
